questions about the moonshard and gathering

I was wondering since according to the map the moonshard is on one side of the territory and the gathering is on the other, for some of the clans you'll have to go through other clan territories to get to each place and I know that the medicine cats can basically go anywhere and during a gathering there is a peace agreement.

but I cant help to think, what are the agreements for traveling through the territories on those days?

you know, like in the new forest the cats must stay within three fox-lengths from the lake shore or something, what are the rules for that kind of thing for these clans?

medicine cats are free to travel through any territory on the half moon days.

Clans going to the gatherings must travel on or very close to the Clan borders. If the Clans meet up with the Clan who owns the territory will escort the other.
